Four phases, each ending in something concrete.
Weeks 1–2 · Find a problem worth solving
Idea generation, talking to real potential customers, and learning to tell a good idea from a merely exciting one.
Weeks 3–4 · Build the first version
Use AI tools to design and assemble a simple working product — a site, an app, or a service — far faster than a solo builder could alone.
Weeks 5–6 · Find your first users
Positioning, pricing, and marketing with AI. Getting the thing in front of real people and listening to what comes back.
Weeks 7–8 · Pitch and demo day
Shape the story, rehearse with mentors, and present the venture to a live audience of peers and families.

How much time does it take each week?
The Self-Paced Lab is designed around roughly 2–3 hours a week, in bite-sized chapters they can stop and resume. Camps run as focused week-long sessions, and the online course runs 6–8 weeks.
Which program should we start with?
Start with the free AI Introduction in the Self-Paced Lab — it costs nothing and shows you how your child takes to it. If you'd rather talk it through, send an inquiry with their age and interests and we'll recommend a path.
Can I pay on the site?
Not yet. Every program starts with an inquiry, and we handle enrolment and payment directly with you — so you can ask questions before committing to anything.
